4) How We Use Your Information
Provide core features: tracking, predictions, reminders, insights
Improve reliability, safety, and performance
Show ads (personalized or non‑personalized per your consent/choices)
Run consent flows (CMP under IAB TCF where required)

If you choose to share personal/health data with the AI, only the data you explicitly include is sent.
You can disable the assistant and/or delete conversation history at any time.
6) Ads, Consent, and Your Choices
We use Google AdMob. In the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we use a certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) under IAB TCF to gather and store your ad consent (TCF string).
You can choose personalized or non‑personalized ads, or withdraw consent at any time in the App’s privacy/ads settings.
If ATT is prompted on iOS, you can allow/deny tracking in system settings at any time.
If you opt out, we’ll serve non‑personalized ads where available.
7) Push Notifications
The App can send local notifications (e.g., period, ovulation, fertile window reminders).
You can control notifications in iOS Settings > Notifications and in the App’s settings.
8) Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the App:
Advertising & Consent: Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform (IAB TCF CMP)
OS Services: Apple notification framework, crash/performance services (if enabled)
AI Assistant: AI provider for message processing (only if you enable the feature)
Some laws consider personalized advertising “sharing”; you can opt out via the CMP and in‑app privacy settings.
9) Data Storage & Retention
Your cycle and health data are stored locally on your device. Any backups are managed by your device/OS if you’ve enabled them.
Server‑side/vendor logs (e.g., ad/consent logs) are kept only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal requirements.
You can delete local data via in‑app options or by uninstalling the App.
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures (e.g., transport encryption, platform safeguards). No method is 100% secure. Protect access to your device for maximum safety.
11) International Transfers
Vendors may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
12) Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your data
Restrict or object to certain processing
Withdraw consent (e.g., ad personalization, AI Assistant)
Data portability (where applicable)
Opt‑out of “sale”/“sharing” for advertising via the CMP/App settings

The App is not intended for children under the applicable age of consent (typically 13 under COPPA; 16 in many EEA countries). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for prompt deletion.
14) Third‑Party Links
The App may link to third‑party sites/services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
