Privacy Policy for Tessly Jigsaw & Tiles Puzzle
Effective date: 2025-09-12
This Privacy Policy explains how Tessly Jigsaw & Tiles Puzzle (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles information. The App is developed and published by Bahribyte. If you have questions, contact us at contact@bahribyte.com.
1) Who we are
Developer: Bahribyte
Contact: contact@bahribyte.com
2) What the App does
Tessly Jigsaw & Tiles Puzzle is a mobile game where you solve jigsaw and tile-based puzzles.
You may optionally create puzzles from your own photos (camera or photo library).
The App displays advertising via Google AdMob.
3) Data we collect
We do not collect personal data. The App does not require an account and does not transmit your content to Bahribyte servers.
Photos & camera: If you create puzzles from your photos, images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to us.
Local storage: Game settings and progress may be stored locally on your device (e.g., using shared preferences). This remains on your device and is not sent to us.
4) Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads using Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may process certain data (for example, device identifiers like IDFA, IP address, coarse location, and ad interaction data) to deliver, measure, and improve ads.
Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent for personalized ads and to honor U.S. state privacy choices (e.g., “Do Not Sell or Share”).
If you choose non‑personalized ads, AdMob will serve contextual ads instead of personalized ads.

5) Your choices and controls
Consent (EEA/UK): Manage your consent via the in‑app UMP prompt when shown. You can revisit the prompt when it appears again.
U.S. state privacy choices: UMP will display options (e.g., “Do Not Sell or Share”) where applicable.
Device‑level ad controls (iOS): Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Apple Advertising; you can reset your device’s advertising identifier.
6) Audience and children’s privacy
The game is intended for general audiences and is not specifically child‑directed.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can address it.
7) Data retention
Photos used for puzzles remain on your device.
Local settings/progress remain on your device until you delete the App or clear its data.
Ad-related data retention is governed by Google and its partners’ policies.
8) Security
We design the App to minimize data collection and keep your puzzle photos on‑device.
Ads are served by Google AdMob using industry‑standard security measures. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate for a casual mobile game.
9) International transfers
AdMob/Google and partners may process data on servers worldwide. See Google’s policies for transfer details and safeguards.
10) Your rights
Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or restrict processing of personal data. Because Bahribyte does not collect your personal data, most ad‑related requests should be directed to Google (see links above) or managed via your device settings and the UMP consent prompt.
11) Third‑party services
The App integrates Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and Google UMP. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies linked above.
12) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted (e.g., in the App listing or repository). Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the changes.
